I understand that the booking is subject to agreement with the following terms and conditions.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Enrollement on a course is not confirmed until all fees have been received in full by AIRLINE COACH.
A PayPal link will be sent to you for payment once we received your registration form completed with dates and venue;

JOINING INSTRUCTIONS

On receipt of payment, we will issue a complete joining pack including venue details, and course schedule.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your booking, please call AT # 1-6462918946 cancellation charges are:

• 15 TO 28 days before a course: 50% of the course fee.
• 01 TO 15 days before a course: 100% of the course fee.

TRANSFERS

If you change the date of the course for witch you have enrolled, the above sliding scale will apply from the original date booked.
If you need to transfer your booking please call AT # 1-6462918946.
Any other form of non-attendance witch does not meet these transfer requirements, is considered as a cancellation and cancellation charges will be applied.

ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY AIRLINE COACH

AIRLINE COACH reserves the right to vary or cancel any course should it be deemed necessary.
AIRLINE COACH reserves the right to dismiss any candidate due to inappropriate behavior and/or disruption to others with no refund given.

CHANGES TO PERSONAL DETAILS

Written notifications of changes in personal details must be sent to AIRLINE COACH. The company will not be liable for any errors due to incorrect personal information.
Confirmation of details can be made by application to AIRLINE COACH.
